First-person shooters, when people say video game a first-person shooter or FPS for short, may pop into mind. Call of Duty, Counter-Strike; Global Offensive (CSGO), Rainbow Six Siege are all very popular FPSs that dominate the market. All similar to each other, they have guns and you shoot the bad guys. They all do something slightly different to each other though, Rainbow Six Siege and CSGO are slower than Call of Duty, and you have to plan out what you are going to do. Call of Duty is a little faster than these games, but what if you want faster? You wanted the scorestreaks from Call of Duty to look like kid’s toys? You may think that a game like this doesn’t exist, or if it does exist it doesn’t execute it well. It does exist and (in my opinion of course) it executes it perfectly… Titanfall 2

TitanFall 2, you may not even recognize the name of this game, this game has everything you could ever want: sleek gameplay, guns that are all fun to use, movement that makes Call of Duty feel like you are running in syrup, oh and I almost forgot to mention, giant robots that you can control and destroy your enemies with. You may be wondering “how did I miss this game? Where do I get it? Did it release recently or something?” Well, hold your horseshoes and let me talk. This masterpiece of a game was released on October 28, 2016, almost 5 years ago (as of writing this) it was released on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC and people still play it, most games lose their base player base 3 years or less after release (there are exceptions of course). The reason TitanFall 2 failed commercially is due to its little to no marketing and it was released between Battlefield 1 (Oct 18th, 2016) and Call of Duty; Infinite Warfare (Nov 4th, 2016). With these two games releasing before Christmas meant that a parent would likely buy one of these for their child, but due to TitanFall 2 not getting any ads it didn’t sell as well as the other two games. But all of that is beside the point because TitanFall 2 is fun as heck.
